About the DanceVibes Program: This program bridges the gap between dance fitness and dance choreo classes. Choreography is taught in lower levels and run back to back in upper level classes. DanceVibes is an outlet to release and express emotions through dance, whilst also providing a heart pumping, fun & challenging workout in a judgement free environment.
About this Class Series: DanceVibes Breakdown introduces choreography either step-by-step or in small sequences, then "repeated" to improve muscle memory. This is best for new students but also encouraged for members who need to work on delivery of the movement, confidence, or emotion which drives the moves. Not only will this class help you learn the moves but it will tone your body due to its repetitive format. Get ready to tone while improving your coordination, stamina, cognitive health and taking your dance stills to the next level.
