We all have movement habits.  You’ve seen them - a tendency to stand on one leg more than the other or tilt the head to one side, for example.  These habits can result in asymmetries in strength in flexibility.  Like a good dental cleaning for our teeth or a detox diet for our gut, our movement also needs an occasional close look and reset.  This will be a 4 step process of self-discovery, foundational movement, addressing strength asymmetries, and applying concepts to regular life.
