A dance on the mat that will transform you. From the inside out. POP Pilates® is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. It is not a “traditional” Mat Pilates class, but rather a class that is based around the principles of Pilates. All you need is a mat and all levels are welcome!
